Summer is the perfect season to try out a new diet. It's a time when you can get away from the desk and enjoy being outdoors,
whether you're hitting the beach or simply enjoying your garden.
The first thing to consider when deciding on a summer diet is how much exercise you'll be able to do.
This needs to be taken into account by your nutritionist, who will work with you to create a healthy diet and exercise plan.
The most common summer diet is intermittent fasting. It's a way to lose weight, but mostly it's a way to eat whatever you want and still
lose weight. The classic method is the 5:2 plan, where you eat normally 5 days per week and fast for 2.
On the fasting days, you can eat 500 calories. The other popular form of intermittent fasting is the 16/8 plan, where you fast for 16 hours each day
and eat during the remaining 8-hour window. Both plans are pretty easy to follow.
I'm personally skeptical about diets in general, so I don't think I would try any of these. But since they're so popular this time of year,
I wanted to at least share my thoughts on them.
Intermittent fasting is a great way to lose weight because it allows you to eat whatever you want during your non-fasting periods.
This means you can have huge meals with no restrictions and still lose weight because you'll be burning fat during your fasting periods.
It's also great for those who like eating spicy food or drinking alcohol because both of those things make it easier to burn fat.
So whichever you choose I wish you luck. Now, where did I put my water!!
